Origins

Dan Harrison, Ph.D., developed the Harrison Assessments to assist any organization with the hiring, development and retention of employees. He firmly believes that assessment is “the essential foundation for effective talent acquisition and talent management”. He designed the Harrison Assessments to become the hallmark tools used for determining and predicting the performance of new hires as well as the effective development of existing employees.

Purpose

The Harrison Assessments provide recruitment and employee development solutions that predict and develop job performance while enhancing fair hiring practices and work satisfaction. The assessments successfully target work satisfaction, employee retention, succession planning and performance coaching based on job specific success factors. Administration and Interpretation

The Harrison Assessments can be taken easily online and will take approximately 30-45 minutes. It is necessary to work with a Harrison Assessments practitioner, certified to administer and interpret the results of the assessment.

Workshops for a group or team can be specially designed and are quite productive and valuable.
